The role included:
High level review of the practical elements of the contract of sale and comment on identified and potential property risks associated with existing conditions, council and local community expectations.
Prepare project requirement brief
Advise and oversee Town Planning change of use requirements, application and approval
Site condition due diligence including sourcing or creating existing condition reports due to limited or no existing condition drawings or documentation including:
• Historical Town Planning applications and associated reports
• Hazardous Material & Environmental report
• Existing structures detail survey drawingsAdvise client on engagement of project specialist consultant team
Prepare various feasibility analysis reports to assess various commercial viability options
Investigate and develop Supply Authority proposals and co-ordination
Prepare various building area budgets based on Town Planning Application
Convene on behalf of the client the Project Design & Construction Team meetings to co-ordinate design and specialist consultant reports for town planning application
Co-ordinate planning application RFI’s and resubmissions
Provide development master programme timelines
Prepare project risk register
