  • Prepare condition report detailed scope of works and building element detailed budget

  • Provide commercial consideration advice on various options for the property usages being considered for the current and future opportunities to maximise its return on investment against capital expenditure.

  • Engage the local area commercial property agents to obtain various medical rental values and commercial offerings.

  • High level review of the practical elements of the contract of sale and comment on identified and potential property risks associated with existing conditions, council and local community expectations.

  • Facilitate the engagement of specialist consultants to prepare architectural drawings and reports for lodgement of planning permit application.

  • Receive and respond to planning application RFI’s

  • Obtain planning permit for change of use

  • Obtain performance solutions attainable to deal with existing conditions unable to obtained under current BCA requirements.
