The role included:

  • Prepare project requirement brief and development delivery plan.

  • Engagement of specialist consultants to develop planning permit conditions specific obligations of the EPA and responsible authorities

  • Manage the design development of specific requirements of the Gas Ventilation System (GVS) including earthworks Cut and Fill to raise the site levels

  • Prepare various feasibility analysis reports to assess various commercial viability options

  • Investigate and develop Supply Authority proposals and co-ordination

  • Prepare various building area budgets from concept through to tender

  • Prepare supporting information for project finance to banks

  • Provide development master programme timelines

  • Prepare project risk register

  • Convene on behalf of the client the Project Design & Construction Team meetings

  • Manage the submission of planning permit amendments and endorsements through to obtaining building permit

  • Advise and oversee project delivery procurement methodology

  • Co-ordination of Sales & Marketing plan with agents

  • Project Manage construction through to handover
