The role included:

• Prepare project requirement brief and development delivery plan

• Engagement of specialist consultants to develop planning permit application specific obligations of the EPA that includes engagement of EPA accredited auditor for approval of Human Health Risk Assessment (HHRA) & Construction and Environmental Management Plan ( CEMP)

• Manage the design development of specific requirements of the CEMP including earthworks Cut and Fill to raise the site levels and incorporating a Vapour Mitigation System (VMS)

• Prepare various feasibility analysis reports to assess various commercial viability options

• Investigate and develop Supply Authority proposals and co-ordination

• Prepare various building area budgets from concept through to tender

• Prepare supporting information for project finance to banks, valuers and Quantity Surveyor

• Provide development master programme timelines

• Prepare project risk register

• Convene on behalf of the client the Project Design & Construction Team meetings

• Manage the submission of planning permit application, RFI’s and endorsements with EPA Auditor approval.

• Advise and oversee project delivery procurement methodology

• Manage sales and leasing enquiries including brief preparation and proposals

• Co-ordination of Sales & Marketing plan with agents

• Project Manage construction through to handover
