The role included:
Prepare project requirement brief
Liaise and advise with client acquisition manager through Town Planning application and approval stage
Advise client on engagement of project specialist consultant team
Site condition & design due diligence including sourcing or creating existing condition reports and design development
Obtain Supply Authority proposals and co-ordination
Prepare various building area budgets from concept through to tender
Prepare supporting information for project financers reports, valuers and funding providers
Provide development master programme timelines
Prepare project risk register
Convene on behalf of the client the Project Design & Construction Team meetings
Provide monthly reporting to client executive
Advise and oversee project delivery procurement methodology
Manage the construction through to handover and occupation of operator
