The role included:
Review previously obtained reports and prepare project requirement brief
Engage specialised consultants to undertake site condition due diligence including sourcing or creating existing condition reports due to limited or no existing condition drawings or documentation and prepare preliminary documentation
Advise client on recommended project specialist consultant team
Oversee the design team documentation preparation
Arrange for preliminary advice from the RBS relating to combustible cladding notice received council
Investigate and develop Statutory Authority proposals and co-ordination
Prepare various building area scope of works and detailed budgets from reports and site investigations
Provide development master programme timelines
Prepare Request for Proposals and seek specialist consultant fee proposals
Assess and provide advise on engagement of specialist consultants
Prepare project risk register
Convene on behalf of the client the Project Design Team meetings
Attend meetings and advise owners corporation management team on findings
Convene on behalf of the client the Project Design & Construction Team meetings
Provide monthly reporting to client executive
Advise and oversee project delivery procurement methodology
Manage the construction through to handover and occupation of operator
